10.A warm water bath mixed with Epsom salt
This is one of the age old remedies for constipation. A warm or hot bath with a good dose of Epsom salts soaked in it could relieve your constipation. Use five cups of Epsom salts and soak in it for ten minutes. The magnesium in Epsom salts is absorbed into your muscles relaxing your gut which will soften your bowel movements.
