3.Don’t lay down flat on the bed – lift your upper body higher
One of the most infamous positions for stomach aches is to lay flat on your bed, but it isn’t the right decision. Your throat and stomach become aligned at the same level causing heartburns as the stomach acids starts flowing towards the neck. At the night, you can avoid this by sleeping on a high pillow and sitting up while not feeling completely sleepy. Your upper body and head should be lifted to 6-10 inches.
